Lionwood Teaching School offers a range of high quality support for School Leaders, from experienced and Headteachers, Executive Headteachers and CEO.s with a proven track record of sustained School Improvement. This support is designed to ensure that system leadership within Norfolk is robust and sustainable, by supporting leaders to develop their skills in their own settings through highly effective mentorship and coaching.
This bespoke model builds capacity in schools so that leaders can make optimum impact on standards and welfare for the children of Norfolk.
Change Leaders are serving practitioners drawn from a wide variety of establishments and educational contexts across the VNET Network covering every key stage, and are now being deployed into VNET schools as part of an ongoing commitment to developing school-to-school support and a very much school-led network.
Each Change Leader is not only an excellent practitioner, but has undertaken a rigorous training programme, and they are now adding even greater depth to the work of VNET's existing Associates and Partners.
This bespoke support is designed to aid Headteachers, through mentoring or coaching from an experienced Headteacher, Executive Headteacher or CEO, to move their schools and their own careers forward.
